LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT For conference MW leadership, an annual week-end--PREP--Conference Leaders' Meeting--Preparing, Resourcing, Encouraging, Praising resource gathering meeting was held February 24-25, 2012 at the Bahia Vista Mennonite Church in Sarasota, Florida. The theme for the weekend was "Gifts of the Sea: Adapting for Change and Diversity." The next PREP meeting will be August 23-24, 2013 at Whitestone Mennonite Church, Hesston, Kan. Sister Care seminars hosted by conference Mennonite Women leadership are available for lay women.
