LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT For conference MW leadership, an annual week-end--PREP--Conference Leaders' Meeting--Preparing, Resourcing, Encouraging, Praising resource gathering meeting was held August 27-28, 2010, in Henderson Nebraska, on the theme:  "The Fields Are Ripe: Focusing Our Mission." The next PREP Conference, "Gifts of the Sea: Adapting for Change and Diversity," will be February 24-25 at the Bahia Vista Mennonite Church in Sarasota, Florida. Sister Care seminars hosted by conference Mennonite Women leadership are available for lay women.
